Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We may accept returns of used items at our discretion.
Due to hygiene and contamination control requirements, if the protective seal is removed from the HEPA filter, it must not be returned to us under any circumstances. Returning an opened HEPA filter will result in it being discarded without replacement or refund.
Protective films, seals, and packaging are applied to prevent damage during transport. Removal of protective films or seals may result in a deduction from the refund if the item can no longer be resold as new.

Unless otherwise agreed, all returns must be sent at the customer’s expense, to our designated warehouse. The customer assumes responsibility for the goods during transit, and we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Refunds
Refunds for returned goods will not be processed until the items have been received at our facility. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receipt. However, if the returned package does not include proper return identification (such as an order number or return form), we may not be able to process the refund until the identification is provided.
Depending on the circumstances, we may choose to issue a refund earlier as a goodwill gesture.
