Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy contains important information regarding the terms and conditions which apply to the shipping of products you purchase from FunGuyEquipment's online store.
Please carefully read this Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, before making any purchase.
SECTION 1 - DELIVERY COMPLETION
1.1 We remain responsible for your order until delivery completion, which occurs when the carrier’s tracking confirms that the parcel has been successfully delivered in accordance with the delivery method selected at checkout.
Delivery may be completed by the carrier at one or more of the following, where applicable:

The delivery address provided at checkout

A nominated safe place

A neighbour, reception, concierge, building manager, or similar representative

A designated pickup location, parcel shop, locker, post office, or carrier collection point

Any alternative location selected by the customer or reasonably determined by the carrier in line with its standard delivery practices
If your order is lost or damaged before delivery completion, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Once tracking confirms delivery to any of the above locations, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
This does not apply in cases where delivery is delayed or refused due to reasons outlined in Section 1.2 (Customer-Related Delivery Delays), in which case the customer assumes full responsibility for any associated costs or risks.
1.2 Customer-Related Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customer, including but not limited to:

Failure to accept delivery at the provided address

Providing incorrect or incomplete shipping or contact details

Not responding to customs authorities or failing to pay required duties/taxes

Refusing the shipment upon arrival
If a shipment is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, we will work with the customer to provide a resolution. We can either:

Reship the order at the customer's expense, including any additional shipping and packaging costs.

Issue a refund once we receive the package back, minus the original shipping and packaging costs. See refund policy for further information.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
2.1 FunGuyEquipment reserves the right to determine the shipping method, carrier, and packaging used for orders unless the customer specifies otherwise. If you have specific shipping or packaging requirements, we will accommodate them where possible, provided you agree to cover any additional costs.
SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TIMELINES
3.1 Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is typically 1-3 working days, but during busy periods, it may extend to up to 15 working days without prior notice.
Delivery times are separate from processing times and vary based on the destination:

UK Deliveries: Typically delivered within 1-3 working days, but may take up to 5 working days.

International Deliveries: Typically delivered within 10 working days, but may take up to 30 working days, depending on customs and courier delays.
While we strive to meet these timeframes, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated time, please contact us for assistance. If your package is late or missing, as a first step, we expect the customer to contact their local delivery office directly to resolve the issue. We will provide all necessary support, including tracking numbers and contact details for the courier, to assist in locating your package.
SECTION 4 - PARTIAL DELIVERY
4.1 FunGuyEquipment explicitly reserves the right to deliver orders by instalments, each of which will qualify as a partial sale. The delivery of an order by instalments cannot justify the refusal to pay for the products supplied.
SECTION 5 - DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES
5.1 All claims related to damaged, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries must be submitted in writing within 10 working days of receipt. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.
For consumer orders, this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides additional protections for faulty or misdescribed goods.
5.2 Goods that arrive damaged or incomplete do not automatically justify a refund. We reserve the right to offer replacement parts or a partial refund at our discretion. If the customer prefers a full refund, the product must be returned at the customer's expense. However, FunGuyEquipment will bear the cost of the original postage in this instance.
Ultimately, we leave it to the customer to decide which resolution they prefer. Rest assured, we will always work to resolve any issues and make good on the damage.
SECTION 6 - CUSTOMS AND ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
6.1 Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.
SECTION 7 - ORDER TRACKING
7.1 If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
7.2 Tracking information can sometimes be unreliable or slow to update, especially for international deliveries. As a result, we do not fully accept tracking status not showing "delivered" as proof of non-delivery. In such cases, we may ask you to contact your local delivery company directly to obtain proof of non-delivery.
SECTION 8 - SEVERABILITY
8.1 If any portion of this Shipping Policy is held by any court or tribunal to be invalid or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then that part shall be severed from this Shipping Policy and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other section listed in this document.
SECTION 9 - MISCELLANEOUS
9.1 Any failure by FunGuyEquipment to enforce any provision of this Shipping Policy shall not be treated as a waiver of that provision, nor shall it affect FunGuyEquipment’s right to subsequently enforce that provision. If FunGuyEquipment is required to enforce its rights, you agree to pay FunGuyEquipment’s reasonable legal costs and fees if FunGuyEquipment is successful in such enforcement.

FunGuyEquipment reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice to you. All amendments to this Shipping Policy will be posted on our website.
This policy is governed by and should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the business is registered.
